We are an independent directory, not a government office. We cannot process base access requests, ID card appointments, PCS orders, housing applications, medical referrals or benefits claims. For those, contact the installation or agency directly.

I want to be listed
Businesses serving a military community can add a listing themselves. Write to us if you need help with categories, base assignment or featured placement.

Before you write
How do I get my business listed?
Use the Add Your Business link in the site header. You will pick a category, enter your address and choose the installation you serve. Once submitted, the listing goes through a quick review before it appears in search and on the map.
How do I claim a listing that already exists?
Open the listing and use the claim option, or send us a message with the listing name and the base it sits near. We verify ownership through a business email address, a phone callback or a document showing you represent the business.
A listing is closed or the information is wrong. Will you fix it?
Yes, and you do not need to own the listing to report it. Send the listing name, the installation and what is incorrect. Corrections that include a source, such as the current business page or the office’s own posted hours, get processed fastest.
Can you help me with base access, an ID card or my benefits?
No. Military Base Guide is an independent directory and has no role in installation access, ID card issuance, PCS orders, housing, medical referrals or benefits decisions. Contact the installation’s visitor control center, personnel office or the relevant agency directly. We can help you find the right office to call.
Is Military Base Guide part of the Department of Defense?
No. It is an independent publication and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Department of Defense or any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces. A listing on this site does not represent federal endorsement of that business or service.
How long until someone replies?
Most messages get a response within two business days. Listing corrections are often applied before you hear back, so check the listing again if your note was a simple fix.
